Membership Renewal
The Capital
Quilters database is being updated.
All members
are required to
complete the membership renewal form even if your details have not
changed regardless of method of payment.
Subscriptions
The annual
subscription is $45.00 if paid by 29th August 2015
Payments received after 29th August 2015 will be $50.00

Payments can be made by cheque, cash or internet banking.
If paying by internet banking the club bank account
details can be found on the Membership Renewal form in the newsletter or at the meeting.
For internet banking payments please include YOUR name in
the Reference field and Subs in the Particulars field.
If paying via internet banking, please send an e-mail to capitalquilters@gmail.com to acknowledge that you have made the payment – include your
name and date the payment was
made.
